My role is to act as the Strategic Human Intermediary—the "glue"—connecting job seekers with hiring organizations and 3rd-party recruiting platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information I Collect
To facilitate your professional placement, I collect:
- Professional Identity: Resume/CV, work history, education, and professional certifications.
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Communication Records: Notes from our interviews and correspondence.

2. My Role: The "Human Glue"
Regardless of whether a job requisition originates from a 3rd-party platform or a direct hiring organization, my role remains the same:
- Data Intermediary: I identify, vet, and forward your information to the organizations looking to hire.
- Hand-off of Responsibility: Once I forward your resume or application data, the Hiring Organization (or the platform they utilize, such as Reflik) becomes the sole party responsible for the further treatment, storage, and processing of your data.
- External Policies: Decisions to hire, further vetting procedures, and data retention after the hand-off are governed exclusively by the policies and methods of the hiring organization.
3. Automated Decision-Making (ADMT) Notice
In 2026, many hiring organizations and platforms utilize technology to assist in candidate selection.
- Notice: The 3rd-party platforms (e.g., Reflik) or direct employers I work with may use Automated Decision-Making Technology to screen or rank applications.
- Your Rights: Under various 2026 statutes (CCPA/CPRA, Quebec Law 25, etc.), you may have the right to request information about the "logic" used in these automated processes and, where applicable, request a manual human review of your submission.
4. Data Sharing & Purpose
- Sourcing & Placement: I share your information only with prospective employers or their authorized 3rd-party platforms for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for a specific role.
- No Commercial Sale: I do not sell candidate data to third parties for marketing or any purpose outside of the recruiting process.
5. Data Retention: The "Necessity Test"
- Minimalism: As an intermediary, I do not maintain long-term databases of candidate data. I retain your information only for the duration required to facilitate the "glue" process—successfully forwarding your data and confirming receipt.
- Deletion: Once my intermediary role for a specific requisition is complete, I securely delete or anonymize your data unless you explicitly request that I keep your profile "active" for future opportunities.
6. Your Global Privacy Rights
I recognize and facilitate your rights across the USA, Canada, and Latin America, including:
- Access & Rectification: The right to see and correct your data.
- The Right to be Forgotten: The right to request the total deletion of your data from my records.
- Transparency: The right to know which specific organizations your data has been shared with.
7. International Transfers
My services involve moving data to hiring organizations and platforms primarily located in the United States. By engaging with me, you acknowledge and consent to these international transfers under standard data protection safeguards.
