Performance & Security: Eduardo Ramirez holds no liability for the performance, service interruptions, or security of solutions provided by third-party vendors or the Telarus portfolio.
- Compensation Disclosure: Eduardo Ramirez is compensated through referral fees, commissions, or marketing fees paid by Telarus and other third-party vendors not associated with Telarus who deploy solutions to customers as a result of Eduardo Ramirez’s marketing efforts. By using this Site and engaging these services, the Prospect acknowledges this compensation structure.
- Separate Direct Contracting: While the primary model is orchestration via third-party vendors, Eduardo Ramirez is available to contract directly with a Prospect for specific consulting services on a case-by-case basis. Such an engagement is only available upon the explicit request of the Prospect and must be executed under a completely separate, written legal contract distinct from these Site Terms and Conditions.
